Order processing is 5-10 business days. Wholesale orders are generally processed within 1-2 weeks. Large volumes, holdays, high demand and weather may delay processing and shipping time to 2-4 weeks.

*Stolen packages are not covered with USPS priority insurance, only lost or damaged packages.
*If your package is returned to us due to inputting the wrong address customers are responsible for a $10 restocking fee if a refund is requested. Shipping cost is non refundable. Please confirm shipping address is correct before placing your order.
*In the instance that your package is lost, a claim will be filed on your behalf with USPS after 7 business days of no delivery. Claim process is 1-3 days.
